Welcome to Ofimu. By accessing or using the Ofimu platform available at ofimu.com and any associated services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should discontinue use immediately.

By visiting the Service, creating an account, or engaging with app listings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Trademarks, service marks, and logos appearing on the Service are the property of their respective owners. You may not use Ofimu’s marks or any other third-party marks without prior written consent.

Your submissions, reviews, or other user content (where applicable) remain yours; by posting such content, you grant Ofimu a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the Service, consistent with your privacy preferences and applicable law.

Third-Party Links and Apps Hosted on Google Play

The Service aggregates app listings that point to external destinations. Apps associated with Ofimu are hosted on Google Play, not directly on ofimu.com. When you click a listing, you will be redirected to Google Play to view details, install, or download the app. Ofimu does not host, curate, or control the apps themselves, nor does it guarantee their availability, safety, or content.

Any use of third-party services, including Google Play, is governed by those parties’ terms and privacy policies. Ofimu disclaims responsibility for the content, accuracy, or conduct of third-party platforms. The presence of third-party links on the Service does not constitute endorsement.
